Been gone a while. Good news is I have been training a lot. Great month of March. I am seeing some real improvement with it. I will give a full update on that tomorrow.
Right now I want to tell y'all about the new running store in Little Rock. Go! Running has been opened by Gary and Erin Taylor. It is located next to Tipton and Hurst on Grant Street in the Heights. If you are an long time runner or think you want to start go see the Taylors. Both are ran for Razorbacks during college.
They have a great selection of shoes, clothes and accessories. More importantly they are great people who are ambassadors for their sport. Their expertise sets them apart from other stores in town. At Go Running! you will get guidance and advice on running. Not just a sales pitch. This is exactly what central Arkansas needs. You will hear me reference the store a lot. Going to review some of the products I purchase their and see what I can get Gary to let me do in relation to the store. Hopefully a few Foundation meet ups and the occasional interview.
As Spring and Summer progress you will get running seminars and group runs from the store. Tell everyone you know about Go! Running.
