My friend, Dr. Rob Lyle is doing a simulated half ironman tomorrow to kick off his fundraising for Jackson Graves Foundation. He is the co-director of the Arkansas Children's Hospital NICU. I want to give you an idea of what he does to help children and families every day. Below is a video about the life in a NICU. Check it out.
I admire Dr. Lyle and hold him in the highest regard. He has become one of my heroes. Please follow his journey at http://www.ironneo.blogspot.com/ Not only is he a great doctor. He has made amazing strides in his own health and fitness. He has lost much weight and found a renewed commitment to triathlon. I will not however adopt his Vegitarian Lifestyle. Those smoothies look disgusting.
